Can I submit my poetry in any other language?
Unfortunately, we can only accept poetry in English. It is possible to have the original poem written in another language and submit the translation.
I don't live in NC; can I still submit my poems?
Yes. We accept submissions without any geographical limitations, but if selected, we can not provide any travel expenses for your attendance to the Festival.
I can not attend the Festival; can I still submit my poetry?
Yes. If your poem is selected and you can not read your poem at the Festival, it is possible to have someone else read it or just have it included in the Festival booklet and at the Festival web site.
Is my donation to the Festival tax deductible?
Yes. Donations for this festival will be made to ATA-NC which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
Are the poetry subjects to be related to the festival?
No, the poetry subjects do not need to be related to the festival.
Is there a specified length?
No, there is no limit on the length of the poems.
Is there an age limit?
